All product introductions, pictures, technical parameters displayed on this website are for general reference only. Our main products include plywood, film‑faced plywood, MDF, particle board, OSB, melamine‑faced panels, PET / UV panels, veneer panels and prehung interior doors.
- Product specifications, colors, sizes, prices shown on the website do not constitute binding offers.
- Final product parameters, unit price, payment terms, lead time, packing standard and delivery terms shall be confirmed in formal Proforma Invoice (PI) issued by our company.
- Submitting an online inquiry form does not create a legally binding sales contract between both parties. A formal contract comes into force only upon confirmation and signature of PI by both buyer and seller.
3. Inquiry, Sample and Custom Service
- Sending inquiries through the website is only for business consultation. There is no purchase obligation for visitors.
- For sample requests: sample cost, production cycle and freight cost shall be negotiated separately. Sample delivery does not represent final bulk‑order quality standard; bulk goods shall follow PI‑confirmed standards.
- OEM & custom‑size service is available. All custom requirements need to be confirmed in writing before mass production.
